How do I return an item or receive a refund?

Coffee cannot be returned for credit or refund.  If there is a problem with your order or fulfillment, contact info@amanicoffeecompany.com and we will correct the issue.  As always, we will respond within 24 hours.

How should I store my coffee?  How long will it last?

When storing coffee, humidity is the main concern. You should store your ground coffee at room temperature in a dark, airtight container. Doing so will keep your coffee fresh for up to 4 weeks. Keeping your whole beans in the same way will allow your coffee to stay fresh for 6-8 weeks.
